It is conveniently located along the Eastern Express Highway and boasts close connectivity with Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) and Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. Residential developments in the locality are largely in the form of multi-storey apartment buildings, both completed as well as under-construction. Some apartment complexes here are Trans India Freeway 37, Kalpataru Residency, Ahuja O2, Sheth Beaumonte and many others.
Physical infrastructure
Sion Railway Station (Central Line) and Chuna Bhatti Railway Station (Harbour Line) are two key stations providing widespread connectivity for daily commuters. Besides, Dadar Railway Station (3 km) and Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Station (7 km) are other important stations for long distance trains. Eastern Express Highway and Sion Flyover are amongst the most frequented roads in this area, which offer extensive reach with South Mumbai as well as Eastern suburbs. The International Airport is 9 km away reachable in nearly 30-40 minutes. Sion is nice locality in Mumbai and connectivity to the rest of Mumbai. Quality of amenities (especially education & markets) and proximity to work areas are unmatched. Value for money, but will not remain so for long as the BKC-Sion-Wadala corridor grows bigger and the locus of the city changes from South Mumbai to the Central Part.
